Enock shared with the children about God’s purpose for them, which he referenced from
1Samuel 9. Enock shares with the children saying that before Saul met up with a man of God, the Lord had revealed to him that at that timing he would send a man to anoint him as King yet Saul thought that he was created to look after animals. He encouraged the children not to feel weary about having their parents in prison and not having had a chance to live with them and experience the parental love, but in all God made it happen this way in their lives to have the will of His purpose upon their lives.
He further encouraged them not to ever give up on God. “ Saul never gave up on searching for the lost donkeys; he took an extra mile to inquire from the man of God about the donkeys’ whereabouts and when he met Samuel, he reached his destination and was given words of hope that the donkeys he had been looking for were found,” he said. The children out of this were encouraged to never get tired of looking for God because God is more than ready to change their problems into a perfect destiny like He did for Saul.
We thank Watoto Children's Church for their continued support in empowering the children with parents in prison.
