Members of Wells of Hope Ministries Constitute the Annual General assembly(AGM)(1) The Annual General Meeting/Assembly is the highest decision-making body of WELLS OF HOPE ;.

The organisation shall in each year hold its Annual General Meeting in addition to any other general meetings in that year and specify the meeting as such in the notices calling the meeting and not more than 15 months shall elapse between the date of any one Annual General Meeting of the organisation and that of the next. The next AGM is scheduled to take place on 31st January 2009. In case of any change ,it will be communicated in the due course)
The Annual General Meeting shall be held at such time and place as the Board may appoint.

At the Annual General Meeting of the organisation, the agenda shall include:-
(i) Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting
(ii) Chairman’s Report
(iii) Financial Report
(iv) Appointment of Auditors
(v) receive and approve financial reports of WELLS OF HOPE;
(vi) Elect office bearers if term of office is over or as bye-elections to replace a vacant post, to include members of the Board of Directors if their term of office has expired.
(vii) Receive, discuss and approve/disapprove, modify constitutional amendments.
(viii) Elect members of the Board of Directors.
(ix) Matters Arising

1. There are four categories of membership of Wells of Hope comprising of;
a) Full membership - Any one who subscribe to Wells of Hope's Objectives, one who is in agreement with our statement of faith and is, above the age of 21 years is eligible to apply for Full membership of wells of Hope Ministries.
b) Student membership - to be composed of students below the age of 20 years who are undergoing courses of training in any field with proof that they are students. Such persons are in agreement with Wells of Hope aims and objectives, our statement of faith values. Student members are however not entitled to vote but are encouraged to be active in Wells of Hope Activities and promotion of Wells of Hope in their respective institutions of Learning.
c) Associate membership - which shall be open to people who though do not qualify under the provisions of paragraphs (a) or (b) above, but are actively involved with Wells of Hope activities and accept to promote the objectives of the Wells of Hope Ministries , but have no voting power.
d) Organization Membership – To be open to organizations and Churches that are in agreement with our Statement of Faith, subscribe to our aims and objectives . An organization is entitled to a vote by representative.

2. Application for membership
a) Application for membership shall be by filling in Membership application forms. kindly download the form and send it to us by email when you complete it.
b) Approved members shall be issued membership cards after paying the membership fees. Membership fees are to be deposited on the organization's bank account.
3. Membership fee
a) The membership/subscription fees shall be due on the 1st January of every year.
b) The executive committee may from time to time amend the fees and dues, subject to the approval of the General Assembly.
Please Note: Wells of Hope Board of Directors will approve all members.
