MUGISHA LAWRENCE

Swabula is a funny young girl at wells of hope academy who is very much loved by other children at the school. She is usually quiet and rarely smiles. She stays with her mother who is a widow and has three other siblings. Her father was one of the inmates supported but is believed to have died after leaving prison. She is generous, principled and loves honesty. She is happy when she asks her friends for eats and they give her. She values her friend’s consideration when she doesn’t have much. She is glad she gets soap, clothes at school and other scholastic materials. Her greatest time is when she is eating (she really loves food).

KASIRYE SHABAN

Shaban is 13 years old and is in primary five at wells of hope academy. He is a very social young boy who loves others and respects the teachers at school. Shaban lives with his mother Kasirye Rehmah a hair dresser in Mutungo who works very hard to ensure that her children are happy. Shaban’s father is an inmate in Jinja main prison he has a brother called Mustafa and a sister called Shamim.

KASIRYE MUSTAFA ALI

Mustafa is 14 years old and is in primary six at wells of hope academy. He is a very social young boy who sturbon and very difficult to control. Mustafa lives with his mother Kasirye Rehmah a hair dresser in Mutungo who works very hard to ensure that her children are happy. Mustafa’s father is an inmate in Jinja main prison he has a brother called Mustafa and a sister called Shamim.

OCEN JOSHUA

Joshua is a tall dark skinned boy who is a very good friend to okeny denis the schools headboy. He stays with his mother Okello Scovia in Lira. His father is an inmate in Luzira upper prison.
